Anybody ever had a rhythmic clicking noise coming from the brake/hub when the TV is hooked to the Pod, and standing in the driveway?  Seems to be one side only.

Couple of questions - Is your brake controller hooked up? Does the clicking seem to be about every 4 secs? If you disconnect the TT electric tow cable does it stop? Many of the brake controllers send voltage to the brakes every 4 secs to verify the trailer is connected. If the above is true, there could be a problem with the brake controller or wiring to it, a problem with the trailer tow wiring or possibly a problem with the wiring to brake on that wheel. My Prodigy tells me when the trailer is connected. Let us know more details when possible.

PS - If a travel trailer is parked and hooked up to tow vehicle, the only item that can move is the electric brake and the signal to it is coming from the brake controller. (Normal Ops)

It clicks maybe every 2 seconds, and has never done that before.  It does stop when the brakes are applied, or the breakaway is activated.  I'm trying to find someone with a TV that can hook up.  That may tell me if it's the trailer, or the TV

Good signs, means voltage is getting to brake both from breakaway and controller. I think you will find the problem is at the clicking brake. The controller has a single output out the TV connector, so issues there would effect both brakes or sides. There is not a left and right brake signal. I would do a good eyeball of the wiring at the clicking brake while you're looking for another TV.

It's problem in the truck.  Another truck hooked up and it didn't do that.  I cleaned the terminals, did a ground check, and a + check.   Maybe a bad controller

You can check the output of the controller at the trailer connector, I think it is the blue wire at the 4 o'clock position, is the controller hook up hardwire or connector? Not unheard of that a controller can go bad. Glad you're narrowing it down.
