Has anyone addressed the bad designed piece of wood under the fridge. I know that it covers the wires to the fridge however it comes loose because it swings back and forth. Any ideas or mods that may been done to this problem?
Thank you |

Other than reattach it with anchors instead of just the screws into the aluminum channel, no. I had hoped to find a double-action hinge that could be installed, but have not yet found one that would be suitable. It would need to be double-action as if the bottom hits something on either the way out or the way in, the hinge point would need to be able to flex so that it would not be pulled loose again. Other than that, the best thing is to make sure the path of travel for the panel is clear so it doesn't strike anything on the way in or out.
