Has anyone actually replaced their queen size short mattress with a conventional double bed mattress? If so, what did you get, and do you like it better?

We replaced ours with this one: Short Queen Mattress in a Box Be sure to take the old one out and put the mattress where you want it before you open it. It comes rolled and highly compressed in a box. It takes 24 hours to fully firm up, but you will notice a huge difference immediately. We love it. Fits the rPod perfectly. A standard queen won't work. |

First night with an air dream ultra inflatable with integral box spring. All we have to say is that the name speaks for itself. We have tried futon mattresses with decent results but this mattress is second to none. The drawback is the price. They are not cheap. We got ours in a sofa sleeper that we got at a very deep discount. Actually less than the mattress itself is new. Yes it folds in our tent end as it is made for a sleeper sofa. Highly recommended from Beth and I. It is a full size queen and fits perfectly in our tent end!
