This one from Mrs. BG...
What size bed sheets will fit the bed in an RP-171? She bought a set of queen sized sheets and they appear to be a little too big.

If it's the same as my 179, it's what's called a "Short Queen".
A (Home) Queen bed is about 60" x 80". An RV Queen is 60" x 74". You can find mattress pads, sheet sets, etc on Amazon or Campingworld.com |

CFWarren is absolutely correct however if you don't mind having a little larger sheets and buy standard queen then you will have a much bigger selection and broader spend range at the big box type stores. If your looking to save a little money you will typically find clearance sheet sets at places like Kohls, BB&B, TJ Max, Ross, Stien Mart, Walmart, etc.

Or you can save the hassle of keeping sheets tucked in, etc, and get a couple of inexpensive sleeping bags that zip all the way around.

If you do want to stick with the standard queen size, you can buy elastic clips that hold sheet corners in place which will also keep the slack out of the fitted sheet.

Or a tip that I got off this forum that I adapted to my 179 dinette bed was to buy a twin size duvet. (You would buy same for queen bed) and then I bought a full size memory foam topper at Big Lots. I found a name brand 2" for $40.00. Cut the memory foam topper to size of bed area then slip into Duvet. Twin duvet will still have a little extra space on both sides. I also had a piece of 4" high density foam piece cut to size to fit onto dinette table between wing cushions. Went online and had a custom zippered cover made to size for cushion. ($60.00) When it's bed time I unroll or unfold the memory foam duvet and sleep on top of it. When not using you can also just lay it on the queen bed. Where you want to store it. On bed or under bed. (You can use the same concept for the queen bed vs dinette.
