When I purchased my R-pod 171 (2012) I didn't get a manual for my frig a Dometic.  My question, what is the coldest setting?  On the control panel on the right hand side there are two snow flakes the top snow flake is large the bottom snow is small, so what is the coldest setting.

I have a 2012 177 and the refrigerator that came in mine was a model RM 8501. Here is a link to the owner’s manual. Temperature is shown by the number of lights shown by the snow flakes, I find having 4 lights on is cold enough. 5 lights on is the coldest setting

Does anyone else think that the refrigerator gets colder running on propane than electricity? I tend to run at 4 bars on propane but 5 bars on electric.

Runs best on propane or 120 Volts AC

Don't notice any difference between 120 volts ac or propane, we usually keep ours at 4 lights unless we are camping in colder weather under 50 degrees, we then back down to 3 lights.
