My wife and I have considered purchasing a lightweight trailer. We have looked at the Casita SD and the RPod 178. The RPod seems more practical for more than 2. I just wanted to know if there are any former Casita owners out there that have purchased the RPod and are happy with that decision.
Just looking for some feedback. Very few used RPods out there on the market.
Thanks

We looked at Scamp and Casita. Bottom line: We don't like cold white plastic so we ruled out both. Wink

I was considering a Casita, but the holding tanks were too small for doing the amount of boondocking I anticipated.

We had a 13' scamp, before our 177.

I think they are a basic / but well made little trailer.

They are great to tow - very lightweight etc...

For the two of us - and our situation we decided that the 177 is much more to our liking.

More room / more comforts etc...

I can't speak of the 16' models - but in the 13' we learned that we needed an option that allowed us to leave a bed made all the time - making a bed up at night / taking it down in the AM was not what we wanted.

In the 177 the queen bed stay made all the time.
