Not sure if you are talking about the queen short mattress (60" x 74") or something else.  If indeed you are talking queen short then check out the Eurotop mattress on Overstock.com (prices range from mid 200 dollars to $ 333.00 depending on thickness.  We replaced ours on the 177 back in 2011 after using it 3x.  The original was junk.  The one we purchased in 2011 is just as comfortable now as when we purchased it.  It has been used a fair amount as well as we normally  use our pod about 30 days/year.

I bought a full sized 3" memory foam topper from Walmart. Just lay it on top of the dinette cushions.  Fits well. It's heavy so I cut it in half and lay each half side by side. Surprisingly they stay put and are very comfy. Cutting it in half makes it easy to reconvert to dinette and you can store the foam topper on one of the bunks.

My first attempt to solve the mattress problem was to buy a self inflating air mattress. Very comfy but I made the mistake of buying an 18" mattress making the bed about 3+ feet off the floor --too high.

I found the memory foam an easier solution. $70

We purchased a Nufoam 11" memory foam from Overstock on BlackFriday for $275.
Only slept on it once, but WAY better than stock mattress - slept as good as on our home Tempurpedic.
We are trading in the Pod soon and If live near North Alabama and interested in a good deal let me know.
