simple security mods

I added 3 simple security mods to my trailer. On the sliding windows I picked up at the hardware store some 3/4 in. x 2-3/4 in. decorative hasps and cut them to fit my sliding windows. I used a belt sander to round the ends. In my collection of things you don’t throw away because you may need them someday I found some plastic dip molded parts that slid over the ends. They flip out of the way if I need to open the window all the way. For the screen door I added a 2in. surface mounted, door, slide bolt. I had to put a spacer on one end to keep it level. I have been meaning for some time to come up with a more secure mounting of my solar panels when I have them on the roof. I added a short piece of aluminum angle to the slideout and drilled a hole thru it and the U channel holding up my panel. I can now lock the panels to the roof. I know trailers are easy to break into, my goal was to make it just a little more inconvenient for someone to get in or remove my solar panels.
