Has anyone modified the table with this leg and hinge kit?  (see links below)

If so any feedback on mounting into the wall and how it held up stability wise would be appreciated.

We had a set up like this in our old Scamp and liked it.

We need a place for the dog bed, and with this mod we would be able to stick the bed under the table and not be tripping over it all the time.

Thanks

Not on a Pod but I have built a table for my Camplite with similar hardware. The wall brackets should work fine. There is an adjustable length version of that folding leg that might work better for you.

We replaced ours with a 20" x 40" folding table from Walmart. We usually only set it up for eating or working on something; it's much easier to get out of the way than the factory table. It fits nicely between the bed and the ottoman when not in use.

I made a table for my 171.  Used railing made for easy install and detach for trailers.  Purchased 24x36 inch end glued stock from Lowes and folding leg and railing on internet (amazon).  Beefed the edging with pine underneath (glued and stapled) to add appeal.  It can move side to side for doing different things at table.  Such as crafts or just more body room.  Sure is lighter then stock table.  Cut two pieces of plywood to make a bed when needed and they store under the seat cushion.  One on each side.

Also my legs and feet are happy with not running into the stock legs and feet of the stock table!
