I was doing some playing around looking to see what I could fasten to the front or rear of the R-pod and asked my how much will that weigh. So here is a quick chart:
Propane weighs 4.25 pounds per gallon Water weighs 8.3 pounds per gallon Gasoline weighs 6.3 pounds per gallon Diesel fuel weighs 6.6 pounds per gallon |

I think what might limit that is the tongue weight limit of the tow vehicle. Terry |

Thankyou for the information. We have a class 2 hitch that has a 300 Lb limit, that doesn"t give us very much extra weight for the tongue. I need to think of a way to get the actual tongue weight. Once I did it with a bathroom scale, but it was very difficult. David

I used my bathroom scale to weight my 177 Also, It was very simple
with the Pod in the driveway (concreat), put scale directly under toung
of the trailer then put a short 2x6 or 2x4 flat on the middle of the scale then another
short piece of 2x4 standing up directly under the toung. Note the weight of the
pieces of wood ( should be 4 to 5 lbs ) and with the trailer jack, lower slowly until
the wheel of jack comes off the ground. Subtract the weight of pieces of wood.
Quite easy! Mine is right at 200 lbs.

+1
Structurally the front of the 'pod can handle whatever you throw at it, its the class of hitch you have, in addition to the actual limit of the TV.

I can tell you this about how much can be on the front. Last weekend had 2 20 Lb Tanks Filled, 2 12 volt batteries, and 2 - 6 Gallon Water Containers. I need to rethink the water Containers as when I got to the camp site the water was frozen....
I have a Class 3 Hitch on the TrailBlazer |

Here is a web site that might help explain weights better:
