Welcome to the group!  Sorry to hear about the bear issue.
 
I have not done this, however, as you seem to indicate, it looks to be fairly straightforward.  Two persons would be ideal, I think.  My 5th wheel neighbor replaced his, due to a leak, alone by duct taping the outside piece of the window to the exterior and then screwing the inside portion to it.  There are some tape-like adhesive/sealant products that can be applied to the frame, prior to the install, which might make the job easier.  Good luck!
 
Note: This would be replacing the whole glass and frame as a unit.

Had a bear enter my RPOD 182G through the emergency exit window and empty my refrigerator.  Has anyone had experience replacing this (the window).  There is, remarkably, no other damage.  I have contacted the dealer, but if I can do it myself, it would save some bucks.  Looks fairly simple.  just some screws and some silicone.Ouch
