Yes, you have 2 options, get a T that allows you to pull from the tank BEFORE the regulator, and use you grill as is, or convert your grill to low pressure and use it from the pod lines.

Youtube has several videos that explain the method and give parts lists.

I have been following similar discussions on another forum. This seems to be the issue:
All your appliances run off a lower pressure than what comes out of your tank so there must be a regulator to drop the pressure. Your grille normally hooks directly to the propane tank and the gas pressure is regulated by a device on the grille itself that reduces it. If you're getting gas downstream of the  pod's regulator and your grille is reducing it further, you would get an insufficient flow of gas. Campers who use grilles downstream of the trailer's regulator need to remove the regulator from their grille.
Search around - there are a lot of discussions about this since many other trailers come with low pressure lines available for grilles.

Learned tonight the RPod has a regulator. Never noticed it before. Hook up my grill with a regulator and I have low flame. Just passing the info along.
