I ended up just using my Coleman stove attached to an auxiliary propane tank. Not as elegant as being able to connect the stove to the pod's propane, but I didn't have to buy another stove or more fitting. Works for me.

I would like to find the same but for now,I’ve put a small,electric tabletop burner in the pod to use for outdoor cooking. I also have a small crockpot which I may switch out for an instapot at so,e point. I figured I can get an electric griddle and be all set for the outdoor kitchen.

I have one similar to the one above that I love. Camp chef has a bunch of little two burners that would work.

I agree about the size. I went to my local sports warehouse and this model is indeed suited for more than just two people. Output is 30k btu per burner. So my search also continues for a smaller version. Keep us posted if you find a good one.

This is the only style of stove (NOT grill) that I have been able to find that can go direct to quick connect without modifying. It is quite heavy, freestanding only, and the burners are about a million BTU's, better suited to cooking for a crowd then for two.

My search continues.

ps. the fitting for the older Colman two burner propane stove uses a small threads. I have not been able to locate an adapter that fits that.

Furpod - yes I did watch all the videos. They deal with modifying the Coleman grills, not the two burner stove. Same approach, however, the stove has a unique fitting that no one I've talked to can adapt to. That includes RV dealers and specialty propane shops that do custom work for RVs.
