I bent the kedder channel out a little bit and that allowed the screen to exit and bend up and over the tire fender, also flared the channel to allow it to re-enter on the other side of the tire...works great.

Not sure both my Buddy heaters could keep up with minus 40 under the dome! But, I guess that stuff stays pretty flexible in cold. What is it? Thanks. fred

For what it's worth, this material is good to minus 40* C

Very nice!! No surprise from you!
I did something similar cutting up a polyethylene tarp, some 3/8" cheap keder rope and duct tape. Doesn't look nearly as good as yours, but keeping the wind out is huge! Nice work...as usual. fred

I put solid material in the keeder to keep bugs and wind out and keep heat in. I also put a light over the step.

I dont know the official answer. I cut my lower screen into 3 sections. The front section goes from the front of the pod, till it hits the fender. On this section i cut out to fit over the step. I then took and went from the back of the pod, till it went under the fender, and reached the axle. i then cut the excess sticking out the back. That gave me a 3rd piece that i dont put into the track, i place it behind the tire, i cut a slit to allow it to go down around the axle on both sides, and use clips to connect the front and rear sections. This creates a long " continuous " screen

How do you get this past the tire? Do I need to modify it?
