I did try resetting the GCFI. It didn't seem to do anything.

On page 8 of the instruction manual that came with my oven.
COOLING FEATURE
The controlling system of the microwave oven has the feature of cooling. As for any cooking mode
which cooking time above 2 minutes, after finishing cooking, the oven fan will work about 3 minutes
automatically to cool the oven for prolonging the life of the oven.

Let me clarify a few things that might help.
I did not rest the gcfi, but will try that.
The noise is faint but there for sure coming from the inside of the oven. Open door stick your head in, buzzing.
Unplugging the oven makes the noise stop.
The converter fan runs when first plugging into shore power, then the fan turns off.

Ours has a fan that runs to cool the oven down after use. The rest of the time it is silent.

Unless you threw the breaker for the converter, it will be running when connected to shore power.

I don't think so. Mine makes no noise. Did you reset the GCFI to see what happens? You can tell difference in space from converter fan and anything associated with oven.

Ok. I just went out there.
GCFI seems to have stopped blinking red on its own (I guess it was doing a self test).
Nothing else running (no ac, fridge, converter).
Still faint noise inside the oven.
It must just be normal, maybe there is a little fan that runs in there all the time.

I have not tried resetting GCFI yet.
I am connect to a 30Amp RV outlet at my home (on its own breaker). I believe it has the noise when plugged into campsites too.
The noise happens regardless of if the converter is running or not.

Could it be the converter fan
charging your battery.
