I replied to same question on another forum. Hard to visualize the issue, but it seems that possibly your hard stops are slipping or misadjusted and allowing slide to not set level when extended. I do not believe your frame is bent. Without measurements hard to advise on that. The Lippert manuals are available on line and have the procedures for adjusting slide extension. Let us know what you think. When extending slide can you see it droop at end of extension?

Has Anyone noticed in a 179 the drooping of the outside edge and floor of the unit from the slide out?
the 6" from the main rail to the edge of the camper has buckled.
 One can feel the underside bracket +screw in the linoleum as one sits on the couch in the slide out..
