I believe it's stainless, at least the trim is.

My wife has used it pretty extensively for baking, mostly shortbreads, and it's still going strong.

One more question Bum:
What is your opinion of the Hipoint?

My research is telling me it's a pretty low-ball oven and a lot of people don't like.

But I'm not all that picky, don't plan on baking pies or anything like that :-}

Thanks Bum, I was able to search Hipoint ovens and I think I found it.
Only 1 question:  Is your black or stainless steel?

Our 2016 179 has a High Pointe in it. I don't recall the model number though.

They have been out of production for about 6 years now.. I suggest going to PPLMotorhomes.com, or someplace like that to find a replacement.

I need to replace the microwave in my 2014 178.  From the information I found on the forum the oven is a Sunbeam SB-22202.

I'd like to replace it with the original equipment if I can.
But I can not find a Sunbeam SB-22202 for sale anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can purchase one?
Or know of a direct replacement of another brand that I can purchase?
