Found a tiny wasp nest in the Furnace intake. Didn't seem big enough to cause a problem but I will have to test it again when I get a chance, hopefully that was it. Thanks for the help.

If the blower is running your 12V is OK.

When the furnace control board gets a call for heat from the tstat it turns on the blower first while it checks for proper airflow before igniting. If it doesn't sense the airflow within 30 seconds then it shuts down. There is a device called a sail switch that has a paddle sticking into the air stream that is supposed to close when the air blows across it. It could be that this is not activating.

Here is the Suburban manual. There is a sequence of operation and a troubleshooting guide about halfway through.

Last trip, my furnace will kick on for say 30 seconds then turn off.  Then I cycle through Off, Cool, Heat and same story. I had the heat set at 80F and the ambient temp was about 40F.  I checked the fuse.  Removing and re-inserting will kick it on, then it turns off again.  Is this because my battery was low? I would think it wouldn't start in the first place if so.  Thanks all!
