Looks like I need to get some warranty work done on my AC as well.   It was a very cool day when I picked up the pod and I felt cold air when they turned on the AC, well now it's 105 and all I feel is hot air blowing around :(   The compressor engages but no cold.   We let it run for 20 minutes, reset the breaker all that fun stuff.

Sorry to hear about your trouble getting them to honor their warranty.   However, if all they need is a picture of the leaking air conditioner that should be relatively easy to reproduce at home and take a picture of it.

Good luck!  Keep us posted.

Still waiting to hear back from forest river about my air conditioner and missing the pod.... When I spoke with her she ask me if I had any pictures of the leaking water?????.I told her I bought the pod in good faith they would honor the warranty. My husband and I discussed finding the representative from Forest River at the ERU and showing him the leak, but we decided there wasnt anything he could do there, and we would call as soon as we arrived home, bad choice. So if anyone has any trouble with leaking make sure and take a picture
