You have to do two things. One, hold down the Mode button and it will turn off. Second, look for a small lever on the latch assembly inside the fridge - look at the inner wall and not the door itself. That lever can be slid forward which will keep the door open a quarter-inch while latched, to keep it from molding in storage.

What do I do with the refrigerator in our 177/2011 when it's parked in the driveway? I hook up to house electrical but I don't want the refrigerator running. Right now I prop the frig door open, clean/dry the unit and set the controls to run on propane, but of course the propane is shut off. Is this the correct way to disable the frig for storage? Any input, please. Thank you.
