I would go with whichever is cheaper.  I used a Reese for years with our popup and it worked well.

 I want to purchase ethier the Reese Sway control or the Pro value sway there is a price difference of $75.00 at trailer, pluse the sway ball adapter anded longer bolt hitch ball . TW is 2011 Sienna AWD w/ class three reese hitch and P2 brake Controller.Upgrading for 2011 Aliner Classic to 2014 Rpod 171, Thanks for all you help.
