Hi Victoria

We have a 2013 Volvo XC60 T6, and are considering an R-Pod. How well does the XC60 perform. Do you have a Weight Distributing Hitch? Do you tow in Sport Mode?

Any insights would be much appreciated. Hope all is going well with your set-up.

My wife and I spent 16 months traveling a 35-foot 5th Wheel now we are looking for something small and nimble.

Thanks,
Bob

I have a 179 and purchased a cover from www.coverbonanza.com  I purchased this cover a year ago and it is a nicely made cover. The door doesn't match up but I still get in and out AND the money I save is well worth it. model # 80-200-161001-00    PP III RPOD TRAVEL TRAILER

GOOD LUCK AND ENJOYSmile

Not sure how these compare to the factory ones but I've been eyeing this site for covers and awnings.

Because the door location behind the wheel is different from any other Pod, FR is the only place I found for a cover. $467 thru the dealer.  It fits nicely and should last a long time.  Oh, Southern California sun here.  Because of the popularity of the 179, I'd expect that eventualy other manufacturers will produce a cover and the price will come down.  Welcome to the Pod family.

Greeting all,
We picked up our new 179 on Sunday from LazyDays and so far have been over the moon with our Pod and the amazing service we received from the dealership.  Again, this forum weighted heavily in our decision to purchase our first TT.  Thank you !  Latest question to arise is what is the best cover to purchase for this pod.  We will store it outside and the Florida sun is be too much for any surface.  Thanks!
