AC leaks like that are almost always the bolts need tightening or the gasket it self could be damaged and need replacing.

Good job though on a temp fix for now, no leaks are good!

I had a intermittent leak occurring above the rear window by the moulding on right side. Only leaked during down pours. Thought it was from light bar but it wasn't. With a hose direct at the next item uproof (ac unit) I found it. Caulked ac in the front and both sides. Success. Was leaving on trip to everglades so did not have time to pull covering inside to check on tighting down ac bolts. Will investigate this in near future now that we are home. Rained alot while on trip and no leakage.
