Unlike all the cars I used to mod, when I would have parts shipped to my office and hide them there, I have nearly carte blanc WAF to mod as needed if it improves functionality.

I know that feeling. I've been maintaining a special "RV Items" list on Amazon so I can pace myself but still remember what I want to get.

I am getting ready to add a second mount on the outside wall, about even with the toilet, so it's a little farther from me when I use it. She is 5'6", no issues.

I guess they've improved the design. That two handed twister was designed by someone who never had to use it. I also mounted a chrome swivel from CW...works OK. As for "filling the shower: when that happens I have to give up ice cream for a while Unhappy .

Not sure what's on the current production, but the original Oxygenics had a small twist valve at the base of the shower head. A two handed operation. Try that when your eyes are closed with a head covered in shampoo. Remove, discard and add Danco just above the wall mounted valve assembly. Lots easier. The small dribble from the Danco keeps some hot water flowing so it doesn't go icy cold when you turn it back on. Not intended as a total shutoff. That's what the knobs are fore.

CharlieM,  Why do you need to purchase a separate shut-off valve? According to the information given and the reviews, it does shut down to a trickle with the button. The Danco shut-off valve also states that it does not cut off fully, but allows a trickle as a reminder to shut it off when done.
