I completely agree. I had 180 before and it happened to me . I called dealership and one of our expert friend came but problem couldn't solve . My father in-law has Moen Eva One-Handle . They didn't have any problem so I bought it . I hope that I will never have problem again .

Thanks for the input everyone. I have tried to unscrew that piece with my hands but it wouldn't budge!!  I will try wrapping it and using pliers. My kitchen faucet runs fine, it is the bathroom faucet that we are having an issue with!!

Agree, that happened to us in our 180.  Just cleaned the screens.

I can't speak specifically to the 180 but, this issue is not uncommon. The faucet(s) should have aerators/flow restrictors/screens, just like at home. It doesn't take a whole lot to plug them up. If one is being stubborn, you can try wrapping it with tape (to protect the finish) and gently twist with pliers. Once the aerator is off, run water through the faucet for a bit, to flush any other debris in the lines. Clean the aerator well before reinstalling.

Has anyone had an issued with their faucets running slow ( barely any water coming out)??? They told us when we called the dealership it could be saw dust in the line. I have tried to get the faucet off to check for sawdust but to no avail. Any suggestions or solutions to my issue?? Are we the only ones with this problem??Cry
