It is held on by a bolt with a thread locker nut. Simply loosen the nut slightly on the bolt until it works freely.

Pat, I moved this to its own thread. You could try forcing some grease into the assembly, it won't take much.

Trouble with tongue jack not folding up and down very well. Flip auto foot by Lip.
