We see that also. The cycling seems to be switching the fan from low to high speed. You can manually switch from auto to low or high speed and the cycling won't happen. OTOH, when set to low or high speed, the fan will run all the time, whether needed or not. On auto, the fan will shut off also when it isn't needed.

Try adjusting the vents on the AC so that the air does not blow on or near the thermostat. That may help also.

Last night we fired it up for the first time for full force ac night, (we like it cold). I set it to 55 on the thermostat and it was blowing hard and cold, however it started sounding like it was wanting to cycle due to reaching 55 degrees. But the turn off lasted only 2 secs then it would power back on, then 2-3 mins later it would do it again.

My question is, is it just turning off the ac during the 2-3 mins and just running the fan/blower?

I would like a setting of just [on] [desired temp] [off]  but it just has desired temp and off. I am plugged into a 30 amp rv outlet that my electrician installed other day.

thank you for your continued help with our new pod.
