I modified a bamboo cutting board by making legs out of some oak and use that. It is less expensive than a stove and provides an additional work surface. I don't have to worry about it breaking like I would with glass. You can see it in my mods (see link in my signature).

We are new to r-pods and trailering in general. We just purchased a 2015 178 and would like to install a new flush mount 2 burner Suburban cook top in place of the surface mounted unit. I see them in the 2017 model r-pods.
Has anyone done this yet? Best Regards Rosewood
