Thanks guys! I finally found the tag sewn to the inside of cover and it is in fact the recommended part #!  Even though it was an amazon buy, I contacted mfg, who happens to have an office in Kent Wa, couple miles away! I appreciate the feedback was just concerned I was being a baby and not stretching enough!

If I am not mistaken, the 176 grew about a foot in length this year, and would now need the size 3 cover.

We had the same issue this fall with the cover for our 179.  Bought it from the Dealer and looked exactly like the picture when we tried to put it on.  Packed it up and took it back.  Turned out that it was the wrong cover inside the right box - it pays sometimes to look at the directions!
The replacement fit just fine.
Hope you can get it replaced.

We have a 182 with the same door placement as yours.  We got a Model 3 PP3 from Classic on Amazon for under $170. It was new and fits great.  Feels sturdy enough to last several years. It has lots of room to cover everything.

Wow.I have one of the Classic Accessories rip stop covers on my 180 and it has tons of extra room. If you are sure you got the right part number maybe it was the wrong one in the box? That looks like it would be for a smaller pod

I have a 178, had a Model 3 that I had to return, the material fell apart. Mine was a few months old, I received another I have not put on yet. As you know - you have the correct model. Did not have a fit issue.

So we have a 2017 176.  This is supposed to be the Model 2 for trailers up to 18.8".  Does anyone else's cover go on this tight?  I can't even pull it all the way down near bumper in the back.  I thought maybe it's supposed to stretch after the first cover times... but doesn't look right? It's the 80-199-151001-00 model from Classic Accessories.
