On the tv yes, I had to drill a couple on the base plate

Does it bolt to the existing holes?  If not how did you fasten it to the wall?

Yes. I'm running into a different issue now that I've replaced the factory TV with a 24" Samsung. The new TV is wide enough that it won't go flat against the wall when stowed and won't quite clear the wall around the corner in our 179. I plan to add an extension to add length when extended and another articulation point to essentially shorten it for stowage.

You can take the TV bracket from this mount and attach it to the factory mount:

We replaced our TV mount in our 179. We got one that swivels up and down, that did away with the ghost shadows we were getting. We go t it through Amazon for $12.00. Pretty easy, quick install.

Has anyone found a replacement tv mount that swivels? I have found plenty that swivel,but no corner mounts. In a 179 mod.
