craneman or furpod. Do have a phone number for FR factory? I tried finding it but the website just directed me to the two closest dealers who have not been helpful.

I dont have the part number, but there are only two versions that i know of.  One for the Dexter axle and one for the Lippert.  I paid $140 i think but no shipping.  Look on the axle for the make, not the stickers on the frame.  My frame had a lippert decal, but a dexter axle.  It is a 3" rise.

Hi!, Been trying to find the 4 inch risers that have read about here. Tried calling a few dealers in the area and its like pulling teeth. One finally said $175 plus shipping which is crazy. Plus they said it is only a 2-3 inch lift??? Anyone have the part number off the box when they put some on? Evan
