The Protect All Rubber Seal Treatment I mentioned above is what I use on all the rubber seals. Clean off any surface that the seals touch as well as treating the seals. For example, clean the inside of the door to the storage area where the seal touches to remove any residue that might be causing the rubber seal to stick.

Stephen, do you have a brand of the foam cleaner? My trailer is in need of this as well. I noticed some seals sticking when opening. I can contribute one for the lock mechanisms. Lock-ease graphite spray. Did wonders for all the sticky locks, spray it directly inside keyhole and work back and forth with key

The lubricant spray I have been using is Du Pont Multi-Use Lubricant with Teflon. Some people use CRC lubricant. Protect All makes a dry lubricant which would be useful for the mechanisms as well. If you are asking about the Rubber Seal Treatment, no, it isn't a silicone spray. It is a foam that cleans and conditions the rubber seals. It would not be good for lubricating mechanisms.

It's not the silicone spray with Teflon, is it? I have some of that and it's in a rattle can, which I find somewhat amusing. |

I use Protect All Slide Out Rubber Seal Treatment. I use a lubricant spray with Teflon for lubricating the slide-out track and rollers.

New to podding. When doing preventative maintenance what brand of door seal, window and slide out products do you use for you seals. I remember the dealer telling me to make sure I did use a product to keep them flexible.
