I do like the LED puck lights, but man are they bright!
Anyone find an easy swap out for something with 2 stages of lighting (low/high)? I am looking at my battery op LED puck lights I have around the house and think I may just add 2 of them in Lily for low light or night use.
Did the 'pirate' thing last night, one eye closed. LOL

We bought a 3 pack of led camping lanterns at Costo that have 2 light intensities, plus a red and flashing red which could come in handy for either night vision preservation or emergency road lights. I can't remember how much they cost, but it was under $20 for all three if my memory serves me well, which it often doesn't at my age. In the low level they give off a nice soft light that doesn't mess up your night vision if you go out side. They use AA batteries and last a decent amount of time at either level. And, they're handy to grab off the hook to take to the campground pit toilet in the dead of night it you don't want to fill your blackwater holding tank too much.

How did you remove the existing puck lights? In my 178, I find I can unscrew the cap over the sink, but the one on the ceiling are on tight. I don't want to muck up the ceil trying to figure out how to remove them. Thanks!

Short of $25 a hit.. Pretty nice! That would wire right in.
I like your thought!

Some of mine were on very tight but firm and consistent pressure won out and I was able to remove all the covers.
Note: Make sure your fingertips are clean before proceeding. I have some smudges on the ceiling to clean up...

I'm going to try this one. For th price I can work with it.
Best I see is it's 6w full and 3w low. That matches my pucks I have around here and should wire in nicely. SMD style LED, which is nice and supposed to be 'warm' vs bright (which I believe the Pod has bright white or at last seemed so last night..).
I'll let you know if I like once it arrives.

Thanks for the tips about 2 stage lights. Our previous trailer had them and they're very useful, so I was disappointed to discover the newish 179 had only 1 stage lighting - and not enough of that. We'll be adding more lights soon.

LOL. I'm on the other side.. I think too much... Then again, I'm in a 182g but can't think there's much difference in lighting.
The unit is too big for my needs. I guess I'm not reading deep enough, but didn't see wattage for the settings.. Oh well.
If you lived close, I'd give you this one.
