Yes, with wire ties you can put small screw in to hold to bottom, then I flex seal.

Did you put your wires inside flexible tubing to protect them? I've not done that before, but thinking that 14 gauge wire needs some protection from the elements....
Putting the wire into flex tubing would be a great idea if running the wires under the floor. 14 AWG might be a bit overkill for a USB charger, but it's not going to hurt anything.
