Okay so we added a microwave to the pod, kinda disappointed that I had to drill the hole for the cord but I had the parts and tools so no problem. In case your wondering there is a space between the inside and outside walls of about an inch.

I removed the bottom net hook as it was in the way of the door.

I just need to figure out something to keep it from moving around when traveling.

How about some scrap blocks of wood on each side and in the rear, to maintain the airspace and keep it from moving in those directions.  Wouldn't need to be bigger than an inch or two square, screw them into the side and rear walls.  Then put stuff between the microwave and the net during travel (pillow, clothes).
