A couple of things

 We just returned from a 5 week trip touring the east coast of Canada and  had a couple of things happen with our 2015 RP178. First was the piece of black plastic weatherstripping that goes in the channel where the roof meets the sidewall, it runs the full length from front to back over the roof. WE pulled in to gas up and found about 25' of weatherstripping trailing on the ground behind the pod. It had broken about 2 feet from the forward end and had slid all the way back out of the channel while we traveled. No problem feeding it back into the groove except it's about 6" too long and overlaps the front piece now. I just put some electrical tape over it temporarily to fasten the extra length. Anyone had this happen? I was thinking about cutting it, butting the ends together and then running a screw thru each end to fasten.
The second odd thing was after a day traveling we entered the pod to find the floor vinyl inflated with air underneath as if somehow it had been blown up by wind (like a bubble under the vinyl). After looking for a reason we deduced that we had all windows shut and the roof vent was open a bit so maybe we created a vacuum that sucked the floor up? It did deflate and went back to normal after a couple of hours. WE left the windows open a crack and never happened again...any ideas.
Other than that it was a great trip and the pod was superb!

	The strip is a wear item, just replace it. I am not a fan of adding any extra holes in the trailer if at all possible. There is a screw and cap arrangement at each end of it to hold it in place. A few owners have reported the inflated/bubbled floor over the years, and yes, it caused by a differential in air pressure. FR says, as long as it settles back down on it's own, no worries. I always suggest checking the bottom, lower edge of the front of the pod to make sure it's still sealed well up there. If air can get pushed in, so can water.

	As the saying goes "sh*t happens" no matter what you have, car, boat, or camper but sorry to hear your having these issues. We just got back from a month on the road with a broken awning support brace and a failed converter, so its always something. Somewhere your getting a differential in air pressure as furpod suggested. I don't know what model you have but check under your counters, dinette seating (such as where your converter maybe located) and see if you have any open spaces that need to be sealed near where your bubble forms in the flooring.

	The pressure differential seems to be the issue with the floor, it went back to normal so now we know. As for the weather stripping...that's an easy fix with a new roll of trim. Thanks for the replies.
