Looking for anyone that has swapped out the WAFC 8735P that is coming in the current production Pods with a PD4135. Both PD and BestConverter say it is a direct replacement. I am seeing several noticeable differences.

Look at the other 'Converter' thread in this forum.

Easy swap.  I just did it.  If you buy the separate Charge Wizard pendant, you don't even need to change the fuse board.

Tibof, thank you for your response, but guessing you  might of misread my post and didn’t use the 4135. It is a complete unit, not just an electronics board package. The entire assembly enclosure and all gets R&R’d in one piece.  The charge wizard is build into the 4135 does not even have a spot to plug in the pendent.

what "noticeable differences" do you see? it's pretty straight forward, even if changing the whole thing.

My bad; you are correct.  I swapped in a PD4655 assembly.  Its designed as a replacement for the WFCO. IMHO, it costs a bit more than the 4135 but has higher amperage and looks like and easier swap.
