Okay I have a very simple question and after Googling I cannot find a simple answer. How do I remove the panel on my rpod 151 covering the back of the microwave. There are two rubber grommets at the bottom of the panel but I'm not sure what to do with them

There is no outside panel for the microwave. None. The panel you are describing sounds to be the access panel for the fridge. Rotate the center square of the "grommet" from horizontal to vertical, then jiggle it a bit, then pull the panel off.

But, as with anything plastic on an RV, be gentile.  The plastic gets brittle with time and can easily break if forced.
