What did you do to adjust them? We have water coming in and pretty sure it's the storage compartment door.

Hope you tracked & solved your most recent leak mystery?

We were particularly interested in the problem & resolution you got concerning the leak you had from your spooler or ceiling area.

We recently found that our 2018 R189 is leaking water๐Ÿ’ฆ from steady rain!

It's coming in to the Pod via LED fixture on the left side above the couch!

Appreciate any help or advice? Thanks ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

We're pretty sure it's coming in the right rear cargo door when it rains. We dried it all out then my husband used a hose to spray water on the outside and when he opened it there was water inside. I think we'll have to replace the rubber seal around the door. Sorry this doesn't help with your water problem. Is yours still under warranty? Ours is 5 years old so we expect there will be some problems but I wouldn't think a 2018 would have leaks. I did read on here that the spoiler was the problem with leaks for quite a few people. I hope you get it figured out!

Had that problem and tried caulking, etc. Nothing seemed to work.... Bought Enterna Bond tape and cover the seams on the roof and spoiler, and problem solved.... Enternabond tape is awesome.

We also had this issue on our 177 back in 2011 and 2012 with water coming in both rear cargo doors.  Simple fix was simply to LOCK the door, which put more pressure on the seal, problem solved, no leaks since.

The doors are locked but the rain still seems to be getting in. Someone posted that you can adjust the locks so we're looking into that. If that doesn't work then we'll probably have to replace the seal. Thanks!

Teck2,

You can adjust the latches, so they are tighter.

Our leak wasn't "so simple" according to our dealers service department, they have had to repair several RPODs for shoddy installation of the rear roof air spoiler!๐Ÿ‘Ž
We take ours for warranty repair this weekend.

Hopefully we caught it in time to prevent any extensive water๐Ÿ’ฆ damage?

+1  - Although I feel the tape is unsightly it did seal the leak at the spoiler. Bugs me but only truck drivers can see the tape.

Hope it works for you. I was never able to get it sealed with caulk, etc. The Enternabond tape did solve the problem....
