These are what I used: Hope that helps. I am thinking of drilling a hole in the crank handle and bar for a padlock, but haven't done that yet. |

I removed the 20 pounder and swapped in a 30 pounder in the holder that the 20 pounder came out of, but I did have to rearrange the regulator and pigtail slightly for the taller tank, and of course the factory supplied cover does not fit, I jettisoned that plastic piece of crap. Good riddens, it was ugly, and always in the way, loose, even when bungeed down. Anyway, gone.
I still carry a full 20 pounder in the pickup bed.

Astang, Before adding either a 30 pound, or two 20 pound propane tanks, Try camping for a year first. I have only run out of propane during camping season once. It was a very mild year and I camped into mid november. It really depends on whether or not you will mostly camp without hookups. I carry a second propane tank with me for running my 2 grills, You might want to bring a second along also.

We were camping on our way to visit our daughter in the winter. We went through a LOT of propane on that trip. We were staying in it in low single digit temperatures with significant wind chill. In the summer, a tank lasts a whole lot longer. I carried a second tank that trip and filled whenever I could. Now, I carry a tank in the back of the truck for the propane fire pit and Coleman grill stove. There are two on the tongue with an auto-switchover for the internal use.
