+1. I have been in more than one location where a scan picked up no channels or maybe one channel too weak to watch. Have you been able to get channels in other locations?

The wiring will be dependent on the antenna. I know when I replaced the batwing with the disc, I eliminated a lot of wiring. Much simpler install especially for Amp power. As I recall I did a review.

I had an old wall mount, flexible antenna that I used in an Aliner... years ago. I dug it out and took it to the R-Pod, where we hooked it straight to the tvs. They each found 20+ channels with great pictures. So...... it’s definitely the R-Pod antenna.... What would you do? |

So you verified that a replacement antenna works. Personnaly I would do what I did with my old batwing, ditch it and replace the antenna. Easy to check to see if amp is getting power, or possible amp is bad. Antennas are not that expensive, most work is in waterproof install. That would be my action.

Omni's are relatively easy to install. But one that looks like yours. It will have wiring directions. There is a chance the amp is bad.
