Topic: Filling Screw Holes Interior Posted: 04 Mar 2024 at 11:32am |
I embarked on removing the front cabinetry from my R202 this weekend to redo the bed configuration so that I could put a normal sized queen bed in the front as opposed to the RV sized Queen to give my wife and I a little more room to sleep. We rarely used the cabinets anyway so removing them wouldn't cause any issues related to storage. The tear out and rebuild of the lower area all went well. Waiting for the new queen mattress to arrive later this week before heading out for a long weekend. I need to repair/fill the screw holes that were left while removing the screws inside the frame of the cabinets. Any good advise on the type of filler to use or best application? We have the 2022 white version as interior. Any ideas on the color code and number of the white seam tape?
Note: Anyone else who might want to consider this, there are approximately 10 screws attaching vertically to the front of the camper on the radius that are hidden behind the interior panel closest to the bed. |

I took a cabinet door into my local paint department. They mixed up a sample jar of paint to match my door. I have used it for touch up on the white interior on my 2021 R-Pod 171. Most of the white
cut trim strip edges were raw wood and the paint made them disappear.
