We have some bats on the outside and inside.  They are not as big as the items from your links.  I love the window decals!

The person at the store had doubts about the fact that it can stick on the wall because it's already wallpapered.

So far we haven't had any fall off, but I anticipate the ones on the outside not lasting as long because of weather, cleaning, etc.  Maybe extreme heat inside might affect them too.

I put one of the "window" murals in the curved end of my 171 last year. It is a log window looking out into the moutains. Did a little trimming at the bottom and it has stayed on fine.
