Here's one for some of you R Pod guru's. My furnace will not lignite when it's cold out side BUT if I heat up the trailer with the electric heater it works. 2 batteries, full charge even with the charger plugged in.

Mine will not light unless the gas valve has been turned on and the pressures stabilize. sometimes this takes 5 or 6 hours, sometimes even longer, could it be that ?

Easy way to get around dsmiths problem, open the tank's valve very slowly, I take up to a minute. That will prevent the flow safety valve from triggering.
However it doesn't sound like that is Craneman's problem. Will the fan blow but it just won't ignite? Or nothing at all from the furnace? If the later I'd say it is a thermostat problem or a loose wire that happens to make contact once it has warmed up. If its the first problem more likely its a loose wire or bad switch in the furnace.

I had the same problem on my 172. It turned out to be a loose wire, which I got at through the furnace's exterior access panel.

Good to hear. If you went slow enough then you should be able to fire it right up after purging the lines (by lighting the stove). No delay necessary.
