Installed the Govue rearview camera.
Works great.
I wired it into the light over the bed and mounted the camera on the back window molding in the middle between thr curtains. I think someone else had wired to the running lights.
I wanted to be able to see the bikes or the spare and also for backing up. The yellow lines are true. For me don't go past them!
If you do wire into the lights the white wire is the hot and the black with a white stripe is the ground. The camera will not work without the hot wire wired to positive camera lead.
The only drawback to my instalation is that it is always on. It doesn't take much power but I wouldn't want to leave it on forever. The power plug is quite easy to use as a switch.
I'm happy with the mod.

Pictures, please? Where did you mount your monitor?  Is it only for backup, or will you use it for backwards view while driving?

Enquiring minds want to know!
Best regards, Jim

Here are a couple of photos of my Govue installation. I use it mainly for backup but you can certainly look at traffic behind you.
It goes wireless to my i-phone or i-pad. I just set the phone on steering column in front of speedometer when backing up. If you had one of those fancy i-phone holders mounted to the dash that would work too.
Might not be the prettiest install but works . There is velcro on back of transmitter so you can easily take the whole thing out in about 15 seconds. I plan on neating the wires up!
