I searched and this seemed the most appropriate place to post this question.

I'm really having some concern believing I can use the convection/rack in the convection oven.  My concern is with the little red rubber feet on the two ends.  Are they really tolerant to temperatures of 400F?

We don't have a microwave at home so not having one in the trailer would be ok.  Of course since we have it I'm sure we will have situations that we use it.  But I'm more interested in the ability to bake or warm something in the convection oven.  Baking isn't so easy using camp equipment and fresh biscuits or reheating some frozen calzones would be a great thing to have on the road.

Anyway, I've bought my 10" pizza tray, but just can't get around the fact that those little rubber feet are good in that hot oven.

Don Halas,
We have used the rack in our convection-microwave oven several times without any problems. Just be sure you are in convection mode & not microwave mode. I suspect the red rubber feet are silicone. I have a silicone cooking sheet that I place directly over the fire on my gas grill.
