I posted this question on another thread but thought I'd start a new topic. The outside top of my slide out seems rough and "unfinished". Has anyone ever used a sealant like flexseal to treat the top? Or even just painted it?

So, I just went out with a ladder and looked at the top of the slider more closely and it actually seems a little "rough" because it already is a bit "rubberized." The sides are the fiberglass siding, but the top is more of a roofing material. So no need to do anything else to it. But I did go ahead and buy the pahaque slide topper because we always camp where there are lots of pinecones and needles, sap, etc.

Mine should be arriving any time. I ordered it almost 5 weeks ago.

Yeah. It was the same when I ordered my visor. I guess the custom part of Pahaque Custom is true!

Maybe because mine is older, a 2011, but have noticed when I wash it that it is smooth and shiny, so no need on my 177.
