Has anyone installed a cover or awning over your slide out?  If so, do you have pics of the install and what brand did you use?

I bought this one from Paha Que...what model POD do you have. There is a bigger one for the 179/180.

I decided I could not afford one of the commercial ones, so I made one. See my mods.

The rail above my slide out looks different than the other keder rails, plus it has two "down spouts" on either end. Does anyone know if the pahaque one will work on it?

It will. Look at the video in the link. It talks about the "down spouts." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSTtGvc3aBg

Related question. The outside top of my slide out seems rough and "unfinished". Has anyone ever used a sealant like flexseal to treat the top?

Thanks Podster.  I saw that video myself but couldn't find the cover on the web sight.  I have your link to it saved in my favorites now. 😁

I like the simplicity of the cover but I'm not to keen on the bungees. I'm thinking that installing stainless steel snaps every 10-12 inches would look much nicer.  Something similar to the way RV skirting is installed.
