I finally had a chance to look over the roof on the pod and found a few things I am concerned about. Not sure if it is suppose to look like this or not? What kind of caulking does everyone use?

Yes, the manufacture suggest inspection and resealing as needed every 90 days. You can wipe those areas with acetone on a rag then reseal with self leveling dicor for everything on the roof. I use high quality silicone on everything else.

The area on the trim, use a good quality silicone caulk. On the roof around the light bar leading edge, use a "self leveling lap sealant". The factory uses Dicor brand. Generally, the Lap Sealant is good nearly forever. Silicone, not so long.

Lap sealant WILL stick to itself, so precleaning efforts can be minimal, the silicone though.. it won't, so you need to clean those areas very well.

Great thanks, obviously the previous owner didn't check it. Good thing I have a shop big enough to store it inside.
