New owner here.... For the life of me I cannot find the bypass valve for the hot water heater on my 2017 RPod 180. I have looked under the bed, outside and everywhere else in between. Am I missing something?
Thanks for any help.

I responded to this question elsewhere but I'll reply again here - look on the outside to see where your WH is.  The bypass valves are always just behind the WH on the inside, the fun part is figuring out how to get into the area behind the WH.

Yes, I am at the fun part. I wanted to avoid tearing apart and unscrewing panels trying to find the thing. I had thought it was something simple I was missing.
Cheers

On my 180 you slide under the bed, on the forward left side is a panel held by 4 screws, one in each corner. Remove this panel and the hot water valves are behind it.

I need to cut the panels on top under the mattress for easier access but haven't yet. I will probably do that this fall when I winterize the pod.

My earlier 171 had the access panel under the bed.  Wasn't too hard to lay the mattress on your back and lift the panel for the WH.

Welcome to the forum.

Did you notice if you're able to access the hose to winterize from that same panel?

Yes it's there, I can't imagine doing the winterization from under there though.

I'll have to pull some screws from the deck above to remove the plywood for access to winterize it.

I don't know a 180, but if it is under the bed it may be like our 177.  When we had our walk through the guy at the dealer took the c\screws out of the panel under the mattress and showed me the valves.  He recommended leaving the screws out and we did.  I have a prop rod (cut from bamboo) that I keep in the storage area and spring and fall lift mattress and panel up, put in the prop, and set the valves.  I iook around good for leaks or other problems while I have it open.
